Handy Homewares offers our customers a 12 month warranty on all products unless stated otherwise. The customer is required to contact us within 7 working days of receiving your goods in the event that your product is damaged or faulty. A detailed description and photographs/videos are a requirement in order to have the refund/replacement processed. Once reviewed by our customer service officer, Handy Homewares will be in contact with the customer to arrange the refund/replacement and the return of the damaged/faulty goods.
Refunds will not be authorized if the product is misused, mishandled or mistakenly purchased (ie. wrong colour). Customers are responsible for following all instructions supplied by the manufacturer. Mattress returns will not be accepted after product is opened, expanded and/or slept on.
